With the usual Scandinavian countries at the top ( Norway 1st, Finland 2nd, Denmark 3rd, Sweden 4th) the top ten also see interesting surprises like Jamaica (6th), Costa Rica (7th). Malaysia and Maldives are the best improved countries thanks to the changes ( reversed at least for Malaysia) in their governments over 2019. Nepal is at 112th position.
