South Asian Youth Summit

We are pleased to invite you to attend the South Asian Youth Summit, organized by Youth Advocacy Nepal in partnership with UNV, UNESCO and Action Aid Nepal, which is going to be held on 5th September 2020, Saturday from 2:00-4:00 PM [Nepal Time].

The summit aims to bring together the young people living in South Asia and share the impact of COVID-19 on Youth issues’ ( Education, Health, Employment, psychology, among others), youth activism to address the challenges created by the pandemic and ways forward.

The summit starts with the keynote speech from the regional Manager of Asia Pacific of the United Nations volunteer (UNV) followed by speech by young speakers from South Asia. Afterwards, the floor will be opened in which participants from South Asia will put their remarks and ask the questions to the keynote speaker and other young speakers. Finally, following the speech from the chief guest and special guest, the program will be concluded with a vote of thanks by the president of YAN.
