International Day of Persons with Disability. A call for empowerment

Micro Text Sharing

“I am a different human, I have a not fallen from the moon either, although I cannot see, this is not my sickness… I view my disability not as a problem but as property”.

Namaskar yesterday, 3rd of December was the International Day for the Persons with disabilities. Disability is not inability, a person can succeed at almost anything for which he/she has unlimited enthusiasm. Disability is a state of diversity, not sickness or “full stop of existence”! Since disability rights are universal to be recognized UNIVERSALLY, we can carry the greater load together to create the inclusive, accessible and barrier free society for all!!

Let’s act for the fact & fight for the rights in minimizing barriers, promoting  disability rights, empowering  independence and advocating for equality and dignity to the people living with disabilities!!
